Nothing special. Full of kids. WiFi is free but you get what you pay for. How hard is it to have WiFI that works?

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear you had issues with the wifi. In the future please let us know of any issues so we can look into it right away and try and rectify the issue. Perhaps the modem needed to be reset. Typically our wifi is very fast and works fine, however if the hotel is full and there are many people streaming at the same time it can slow the connection.
We do apologize for any inconvenience and do hope you will consider a return stay with us, summer time can be a quieter and more relaxing time to visit.
