Cozy home with easy access to Sturgis/Deadwood/Rapid City!!

Open concept with covered two-car garage for private and protected parking, and fenced backyard for pets and privacy! TVs in every room, 82" in living room, 55" in master, and 32" in guest bedroom; all have access to streaming services. There is an additional blow up queen mattress available if desired, just ask. Dining room seats six and two fridges on property (one in garage). Able to eat all food in fridges and non perishables as desired. Do not eat anything from the freezers in each fridge and the deep freezer in the dining room. Have a smoker and grill to use for outdoor cooking on back patio, and crock pots and a Ninja all-in-one air fryer for indoor cooking. Well located to provide easy access to any destination, and near local routes for beautiful drives or hikes! Near several golf courses and one is private - can get you accommodations at the private club if desired. Neighborhood is in a very peaceful and private area of the city of Summerset.
