Private 4-bedroom Suite For The Delight Of Children And Adults Alike

Your private 4-bedroom suite is located on an historic road in Summerland. As you drive up the road you will find the lovely home with 4 large and historically protected maple trees bordering the front of the property. There is a curved driveway past the front entrance of the home taking you to the ample parking area.
From the spacious suite (approximately 1500 sq. ft.), your private entrance opens directly to a large yard for the delight of children and adults.
The yard is surrounded by tall cedars and shrubs and backs onto a cherry orchard which affords you total privacy as you relax and dine in the gazebo (seating for 10), relax in the sun in the papasan chairs or dine at the table under an umbrella with seating for 6. There is a barbecue exclusively for your use. You are invited to pick some cherries in season from the 1 remaining cherry tree (as 2 trees grew old and became unsafe) and to enjoy seasonal fresh vegetables from the garden.
Children can play in the playhouse, enjoy the sandbox , climb-swing-slide on the play structure or explore the yard on the tricycle path. There are bikes available for children and adults. There are many yard games available including a ping pong table outside.
From your suite it is a leisurely 15-20 minute walk to the streets of downtown, with its quaint stores, coffee shops, restaurants, parks …
The beaches of Summerland are a 3 minute drive away. Parks, trails, vineyards … are all just a few minutes away by car.

Summerland and the Okanagan Valley is truly a beautiful place to vacation and, of course, to live. We would love to share this part of our world with you.

Great Stay!

This is one of the best places I have stayed. The kitchen is well stocked (including a coffee grinder) and it has very spacious inside and outdoor space. Lovely host and was very attentive and responsive.

Perfect family accommodations

This was the perfect location for our family. The yard and playhouse was a hit for our granddaughters. It gave them space to play and keep busy as we were all getting ready for our daughter’s wedding. It accommodated ALL of us in every way.

Anniversary gathering

7 adults and a large dog for a long weekend celebration. The owner who lives upstairs was very kind and gracious as we were quite loud at times.

Beautiful spacious place

We had a wondeful family vacation with 4 little kids (ages 2-5). The host was super kind and very helpful. The place had lots of beds, space and everything we needed. The ourside area is set up for kids and it made our stay amazing. They kids played outside all day withwith so many activities to keep them busy. Wonderful Stay

The property is perfect for anyone with children and is close to stores for any grocery needs.The fenced yard is huge and it is so relaxing sitting there in the evening. There is lots of room and to our grandsons delight there is a play house that lights up inside with lots of toys. A sandbox and a play structure topped it off for him. Our host Kerry was an absolute sweetheart and had everything ready for our arrival even setting up a crib and having a toddlers bed ready that we could move beside my son and daughter in laws bed. A great week in Summerland

The space is large and comfortable. The outdoor barbecue, dining and lounging area is lovely. Kitchen is small but adequate. We each had our own room which is hard to find; so I recommend this location for larger groups. Kerry, the host, was readily available, very helpful and charming. The location was perfect as we were wine tasting in Summerland, Penticton and on the Naramata bench.

Great Family Gathering Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quinpool Summer Place. Plenty of space for everyone and we had a fantastic family cook-out in the beautiful yard. Kerry the hostess, was so wonderful...treated us like we were a part of her family. Perfect location in the Okanagan valley for activities such as cherry-picking, wine tasting, water activities and attending the car show in Penticton. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Gem

We loved this place! It was spacious, clean, and quaint inside and out. We brought 8 people and we had so many beds to choose from. The yard was marvelous and much bigger than expected. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. We would certainly come back if we were in the area.

Relaxation in Summerland

Very welcoming couple. Great yard for all especially the kids. Playhouse and play structure. Brand new BBQ and large covered table in the yard with heater and patio lights. Only small issue was lack of stove, but cooked on electric grill and BBQ just fine. Well needed relaxation and friendly folks, great location. Will certainly be back

Spacious and comfy

We were in Summerland for a family reunion and Kerry's home accommodated 2 families (10). There are 4 good sized bedrooms and plenty of seating areas. The outside yard was the highlight with a gazebo, BBQ, badminton net, sandbox and an adorable playhouse which got a lot of use. Kerry was very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. This was our first time in Summerland and there are lots of things to take in such as live music at the beach, farmer's markets, and delicious fruit everywhere. Kerry's home is close to everything you will need. We certainly enjoyed our stay.
