Suisun City Marina

Beware!!!! I had a prepaid confirmed booking with them, but they gave my room away without notifying me. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I arrived at 1am after a long flight delay into SFO, and I was told that they had overbooked the hotel so they canceled my booking, even though it was fully paid and I had received both a confirmation and follow up email from them regarding contactless check in. They said no manager was a available to speak to about the cancellation. All nearby hotels were full,, so I ended up driving back to SFO and spending the night at the airport. If you book here, know this could happen to you. It was bad enough they cancelled a fully confirmed reservation, but even worse that they didn’t notify me until I arrived after my flight and drive across the Bay,
