"We used the airport shuttle twice. The driver was waiting for us in arrivals, no delay at all. He was very helpful in carrying our bags from the arrivals to the car and also directly to our room at the hotel. First class service."

"My flight landed at 7pm from GA, this is when I inquired as to where to get the shuttle. I was informed that they do not have transport services, and for me to take an Uber. Where do I find the Uber? Dont I need an app for that? Also I expressed that I would not have booked here if it didnt include transportation from the airport. I had another flight to take in the morning. How was I to get back at 7am? I found Uber, you dont need an app from the Airport. And they booked me one for the morning. Cost from the Airport was R250, (peak) and for the morning it was R64. Yep R64. I must say the location is a out 15. Mins away and the place was really nice, the room clean, staff was very nice. NO TRANSITION."
