Very nice area with loads of ficilities for kids and family. Check-in experience was very poor. We got smooking rooms that stinks, even though we booked nonsmoking. They said thats all they had and we have to wait until next day to change. I had te be a bit angry and push them hard, then they changed it to very good rooms non-smoking. Not very respectful to first say its impossible and fully booked, and then suddenly when I get angry its not fully booked anymore and it was easy solved. Bad! I had to wake up a porter in the early hours of the morning to take a golf cart as we had to meet a little way away and although it was very early he was still extremely friendly. The family king room is big enough for 2 double beds,the sleeper couch is uncomfortable. Breakfast should have more options. Too many day visitors,so kids game area and casino area is packed. Paid for 4 people to stay but breakfast was charged for my 2 kids. It has it own private pool area, and an excellent breakfast buffet. Staff are friendly and helpful.
