Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine friendliness that immediately set the tone for the rest of our visit. A special thank you to Zama from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and kindness truly stood out — she is an absolute asset to the hotel. We were also incredibly grateful that the hotel accommodated our early check-in request, which made our travel day so much smoother and more comfortable. It’s these thoughtful touches that really elevate a stay from good to unforgettable. Overall, the service was outstanding, the atmosphere was inviting, and the team made us feel genuinely cared for. Great location for restaurants and entertainment. Room clean, if a little old fashioned. Staff helpful and friendly.

Our reservation for two nights was mismanaged and it took hours to resolve the issue. Front desk should have asked for a CC upon check in and did not causing several issues with the restaurant. Great location and clean.
