Sugarbowl-Grizzly Den Provincial Park

Very quiet place. Room is very clean. Bed is comfortable. Nice staffs. Parking is free and safe. The only thing is the hair dryer is not working. My wife bit upset.

It was a nice hotel and the only negative was that our AC was quite noisy, kicking on and off so we didn't have a great sleep.

I was able to check in early. Front desk staff are friendly and polite. My door did not lock. I went out for dinner and thought maybe I needed to wait for the door to lock, but when I came back after an hour and half the door was still unlocked. Next morning, went down for breakfast and it still didn't lock. The faucet in the bathroom sink was not mounted properly and moved everytime I use it. I've stayed at this hotel a few times already, the location is excellent...lots of food options and really convenient to walk around.
