"The property is outdated and needs renovation ASAP. There is an odor in the rooms, the televisions are outdated and our toliet broke. Key point outdated. Nothing last forever which makes the experience worst than it needed to be. Which is sad because the staff was nice. "

"I really enjoyed my stay. This hotel is a solid 4 star. The location is actually a 5 star as it is situated close to the freeway and right at an outdoor mall that offers all kind of stores, restaurants and amenities. It is 3 minute drive to the Boca Towne centre and 7 minutes to Mizner Park. The is tons of parking. The front desk staff are pleasant, the cleaning staff are not. The rooms are large and well lit. The beds are very comfortable. The amenities are alright and do the job. The pool is a nice size with lots of seating and there is a gym! "

"No housekeeping during 4 nights stay. Broken TV screen, broken mini fridge. Informed the person at guest desk who said he will send up housekeeping and maintenance, nothing. Nobody ever came. Overall the place is very unclean. Will never return or recommend anyone to this place. "

"During the 3 night stay, no room service was provided, even though it was requested. No additional pillows were provided, even though they were asked for. A center coffee table in the lobby collapsed on top of my foot. The table leg had previously broken off and it had been precariously slopped back together with glue. The bathroom had black mold on the bottom. The smoke detector alarm chirped for 2 nights with no resolution, even though we requested it more than 3 times along our stay. While the staff was superficially pleasant, any request for support in light of escalating problems was ignored. This was by far one of my worst stays for me, my wife and my 93 year old mother. "

"Appalling room conditions. Had been here previously, but this time renovations were underway and I had to change rooms twice just to not a semblance of sanitary conditions. From uncleaned bathroom and bedsheets to floors, the front desk seemed unconcerned that multiple rooms were unkempt. I don’t know what is going on with this hotel but I won’t bother to try another visit and find out further. "

"We stayed here the night before a cruise (it's about 30 minutes from the Ft Lauderdale port). The staff was very welcoming, the room was clean, the free breakfast was great, they have many options. I would definitely stay here again! "
