absolutely love the staff the front desk the valet golf. They’re all top notch. Without being said multiple areas were under construction very very noisy. You couldn’t sleep past 7:30 in the morning on top of that we had to be moved rooms three times we had no hot water in the first room the second room didn’t have the bag configurations we paid for. Third room they had to move us into a room that was in a construction zone we waited till after 6 PM to check in even though we were there as early as 1230 just cause I don’t know why so that definitely put a damper on the trip but staff is Top-notch.

Our stay at The Cloister at Boca Raton was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the hotel’s original 1920s charm, which has been beautifully preserved and adds so much character and elegance to the experience. The accommodations were truly superb—luxurious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and feel completely at home. Every detail reflected timeless sophistication paired with modern comfort. The food was outstanding. Each meal was memorable, expertly prepared, and full of flavor, making dining at the hotel a highlight of our stay. What truly set The Cloister apart, however, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. This hotel is a rare gem that seamlessly blends history, luxury, and exceptional service. We couldn’t recommend it more highly and can’t wait to return.

Room was spotless, service couldn't be better! In room mini bar had nice snacks, soft drinks and even beer at no extra charge. This place is expensive..but, if you value great amenities & treatment..it's as good as it gets!
