If you must, please walk outside a bit away from the entrance door and close the door behind you so that smoke doesn’t go inside with wind and properly dispose of cigarette butts afterwards. 2) No food or drinks in the bedrooms. Please keep noise to an optimal level during the quiet hours. 8) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. On check out, if the space is excessively dirty, stained linens/towels, etc. you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - the price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don\`t expect you to scrub the home but pick up your trash and put everything where you found it! 9) No shoes in the home. Please take them off at the front. 10) Do not wash hair down the drain. 11) Any cleaning issues or matters must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. 12) Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff. 13) By booking you agree not to hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents that happen at the property whether in the inside or outside areas. \*For stays longer than 14 days, it may be necessary for us to conduct a routine inspection of the unit, which typically takes 30-45 minutes. We will provide 24 hours\` notice prior to the inspection, except in cases of emergency when the maintenance team needs to access the unit, in which case a shorter notice may be provided regardless of the length of stay. Check in and stay was a smooth process. Surprisingly lots of wildlife in the area. The floors needed to be cleaned when we arrived, and the oven was filthy (smoked up the kitchen trying to make a pizza). Lots of space and all the comforts of home. It's tucked away in a wooded area but still just a short drive away from all the attractions in Sudbury. Very quiet and private, I scarcely heard a peep from the neighbours the whole time. We didn't use the hot tub, but my teen enjoyed the pool table and we made use of the multiple TV options. There is no air conditioning so it did get hot at times, but there were lots of fans and the nights were cooler so we were comfortable. Very comfy beds too. ##### Alicia L. We were a group of 9 people and we had a comfortable stay at the cabin. The cabin was clean and better than the pictures.It’s close to all amenities like groceries, restaurants, gas etc.Great place to just stay put and relax. This was the perfect quick getaway. The property had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. There was room for everyone to have their own space - we were a party of 5 adults. Living spaces indoor and outdoor were conducive to gathering and had nice string lights for ambiance at night. While we did not end up bringing our pet we were grateful of the possibility. It was much too hot to use hot tub but it looked inviting; we were thankful for the 2 fans but glad we also brought our own. Bring insect repellent - the property is nestled in the trees! We did not plan to use barbecue but the fact that guests were responsible to get propane was not ideal. It would for this to be made available if requested, even for a charge.
