This newly built guest house with stunning decor is the perfect home away from home feel.  
Centrally located in the heart of New Sudbury with a key pad entry.  
2 min walk to Cambrian College, 5 min walk to shopping and more. Everything you need for comfort and enjoyment.

The unit is a 2 storey with stairs.  
Other things to note  
There is a large park right across the street. No partying, pets, smoking, vaping or Marijuana in the Suite. If rules are broken you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
