"We ended up booking this place to stay for the weekend but we didn't even check-in in the apartment. The street getting to this place is very rural and tight with no lights and we quickly realized that it would have been impossible for us to drive in and out of it easily at night. The street also doesn't seem to have any lights which makes it dangerous to drive in. Can't really comment for the place inside because we didn't even see it, but more pictures of the apartment should be listed, and...

Only improvements we would recommend is that the pillows were too large and very hard. "The staff was amazing, especially Destiny. She helped make sure my son got gluten-free items at breakfast and made great suggestions for other meals and activities. Breakfast is basic continental but the staff makes sure it's stocked and fresh. The room was clean and very easily accessible through the patio door straight to the parking lot. The location of the hotel was excellent. It was close to a variety of restaurants and a short drive from Helen, GA. Great mountain views from the room and the lobby. The hotel was so quiet we were able to enjoy reading on the couch and played a game in the breakfast area one evening. The bathroom could use a bit of an update. Wallpaper was coming off on a couple corners and sink could be replaced. We definitely plan to return."
