(339 reviews) Booking online didn’t clearly mention that the hotel has two buildings (new and old). I assumed it was only one building, so when we checked in, we were surprised to learn our room was in the older building. I think this should be explained better during the booking process to avoid confusion. It would also be helpful if the hotel provided power converters/adapters for guests who may need them. The free buffet breakfast had plenty of food options, which was great. However, most of the food was only warm instead of hot. They should monitor and maintain proper food temperatures for safety and better quality. On the positive side, the staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. Overall, we appreciated their service.
