  • This bright and well-maintained 2.5-room attic apartment is located on the 1st floor and features high-end amenities and a welcoming, open floor plan.

    The bedroom is furnished with two beds, two wardrobes, and a chest of drawers. The beds can be arranged as a double bed or as single beds, making the apartment ideal for couples as well as for use as a temporary residence for workers.

    The spacious living area features a cosy corner couch with a table, a TV, a practical office corner with a desk—ideal for longer stays or working from home

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, alles modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es gab sogar zusätzlich zum Bad ein separates WC. Sehr ruhig und vom Balkon eine schöne Sicht. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir immer wieder mal in Nürtingen sind, werden wir wohl wenn möglich, wieder diese FEWO nutzen.
