This hotel is as stated in the title. Nothing fancy. Rooms are very adequate for two. Beds are very comfortable. A very good bathroom with standup shower. The Hotels.com picture is what you actually see upon entering the room. There is an adequate shelf and clothes hanging area. Office, cleaning and breakfast personnel are very attentive to your need. Office is closed from midnight to 06:00. Noise between rooms and hallways are are generally quiet, as long you do not get someone in room next to you playing TV too loud. Bottom floor has door leading to outside patios. Parking garage available. Recommend purchasing the Breakfast. Very nice setting. It has a very good selection of meats, cheeses, fruits. wet/dry cereals and multiple hot/cold beverages, 07:00-11:00! The only minor drawback to this hotel may be its location on a hill for the steep walk up and down for the elderly seeking the city restaurants and transportation lines. REWE grocery store and bakery is close by past the circle.

We stayed for a long weekend to visit the Christmas markets and were very pleased with how easy it was to walk to town from the hotel - just 10 mins or so, yet on a quiet side street. The staff were excellent - very friendly, kind and helpful. Everything was clean, our beds were comfy and there was a good range of options available for breakfast.

The hotel itself is adequate, however, th parking is advertised at 9.50 euro per day so we booked. On arrival told it's 20 euro a day and if we don't like it go somewhere else but it's still 20 euro. By then too late to go somewhere else. Big rip off sorry.

The staff are all friendly when available, but parking is a nightmare and somehow has to be planned in advance, even with a rental. Communication was not the best and instructions in app or emails were not clear. Rooms and hotel were great!

We stayed for 2 nights. Great location for tourist because everything is walk distance. Really close the restaurants, shopping malls, and attractions. The staff are very nice.

Great little hotel!
Its a great little hotel in a great location. Breakfast was excellent and the ladys running it are so nice. Dont compare 3 stars in north America to Europe, they are different standards. These are not negatives but just for reference, no fridge, no safe, small bathroom. You need to pay attention to email instructions for check in and you will be fine.

Should consider air-conditioning
The breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming. I never saw anyone else. But the main issue is that the hotel rooms are not airconditioned, neither are there fans. in 37 degrees this made things uncomfortable, to say the least. Opening the windows let in more hot air!

Great location and helpful staff
The hotel is located right in the center near short walking distance to metro station. Several restaurants and bars near by. The staff is very helpful and had free breakfast in the morning.

The place is great. The people are amazing. The breakfast is great. I was amazed. The location is 10 minutes walk from downtown. I can only recommend this place I will personally return.

Check in was absolutely terrible. The guy was SO rude. He yelled at us and hung up on the speaker several times. He blamed us for not understanding english end refused to help us get into the psrking when we arrived. We had to read the email he sent us (on day lf check-in). The email was in German and he was so upset when I explained I do not understand and google wont translate cause the email was a "picture". I've never been treated so terrible before... Nothing is in English and the staff speaks very limited English. I guess it's for germans only. The rooms: nice, mostly clean. Lot of room and a modern interior. The toilets however are super noisy. The room isn't sealed so you can hear everything going on. The door and half the wall is glass so privacy is not key here. We didn't see any roomservice and was told it was due to corona. We stayed at more hotels during our holiday, thos was the only place that completely ignored roomservice. Breakfast: was very decent, many different choices. All was single wrapped and brought to the table due to corona. It clearly gave them more work than they were used to. We had to order the food on the day of arrival, it was all in German so we had no idea. A nice receptionist tried to translate. Lokation is really great and the only thing earning them the one star.

Great stay for the price. Limited check in time due to covid but was provided instructions which worked out great. Lots of restaurants nearby. Only challenge was the parking garage,made for small and medium size vehicles: was able to park with some maneuvering. Overall a nice stay at a decent place

Good value in an expensive city
Friendly and professional staff, very comfortable and quiet room. Good breakfast. Good location - several tram stations not too great a distance away, close to the old town quarter and to the main market square. Would definitely recommend.

Der erste Eindruck von der Rezeption war eher komisch für uns. Die Rezeption sieht eher aus wie ein altes Wohnzimmer. Unser Zimmer jedoch war gross und geräumig. Es hat am Anfang komisch gerochen aber mit Lüften haben wir das Problem in den Griff bekommen. Es war sauber und die Betten waren frisch bezogen und bequem. Manche Sachen waren etwas verstaubt aber dreckig war es nicht. Die Lage war super man war in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt und um das Hotel herum waren viele Restaurants. Das Frühstück war normaler Standart. Ich denke für das Geld hätten wir in einem Lokal in der Nähe mehr bekommen . Der Kaffee war sehr lecker. Die Angestellten konnten wir nicht einschätzen. Wenn wir sie begrüßt haben wurden wir auch begrüßt. Das Parkhaus für 20€ am Tag ist echt schlimm zum parken. Man muss in hanglage auf Metallträgern parken. Im grossen und ganzen ist das Hotel optimal für kurze Aufenthalte. Es ist auch unter 10 Minuten vom Zoo entfernt .

Sem diária, atendimento bom.
Infelizmente chegamos no hotel e o recepcionista me falou a clássica frase. Tenho duas notícias uma boa e uma ruim, qual você quer primeiro. Resumindo reservaram nosso quarto para outra pessoa, mas conseguiram nos realocar em outro hotel parceiro. Como a gente estava de carro e íamos até o museu da Porche no outro dia de manhã não nos incomodou muito o fato de trocar e nós deram o estacionamento de graça. Mas preferíamos ter ficado no hotel escolhido.

Bestimmt kein besonders luxuriöses oder besonders angesagtes Ambiente. Für einen Platz zum Schlafen und Frühstücken aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Unser Nachtportier war besonders hilfreich. Danke!
