The apartment house Kaltenbach-Stumm is located in the sunny Zillertal in one of the most charming places in all of Tyrol in the center of Sturm, surrounded by rustic inns and cozy cafes. It is a wonderful place to linger. The ski bus stop is only 50 m away from the house and transports the enthusiastic skiers and snowboarders to the top ski area Hochfügen-Hochzillertal. The cozy 3-room apartment "Zentral 8er App", located on the 3rd floor, consists of a living/dining area, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms and a bathroom and guest toilet. Thus, the apartment is suitable for a total of 8 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. In addition, the apartment offers a large, sunny balcony where you can start your day with a delicious breakfast. Due to the excellent location, restaurants, bars and cafes are just a 2-10 minute walk away (120-750 m) and the nearest bakery is just around the corner (4 minute walk). Two smaller grocery markets are also located in Stumm, just 3-4 minutes walk from the apartment house. In summer Stumm offers numerous excursion possibilities for the whole family, for example a swimming pool, an adventure thermal bath or a climbing center. Also the fantastic landscape in the Zillertal invites you to extensive hiking and mountain bike tours.



Parking spaces are available on the property. If desired, an underground parking space can be booked for a small extra charge and on request. A ski storage room with electric ski boot dryer is also available.
