We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! So much that we are already planning to go back for my husbands birthday next year. The staff were all great, from helpful and attentive reception and breakfast staff to the friendly cleaners who all always seemed happy and cheerful. The room was huge and very clean with a great shower and lovely balcony area to sit and relax. There was so much to do in the local area that we wished we were staying much longer than the 3 days we had before...

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was very big lovely bathroom and a lovely sitting area. The food was excellent including the wine. It was a family owned hotel and one of the best we have stayed in? As we have been to Seefeld a few times. The staff couldn’t do enough for you . I would go again and thoroughly recommend it.

Stayed here for a family winter holiday and couldn't have asked for more. The room was spacious enough for all of us (2 kids on a sofa bed plus separate bedroom for us), well presented and good quality. Pool and spa was great and welcome after a cold day outside. Restaurant and food was the highlight - from a good range at the breakfast buffet to very good 4 course evening meals. This is the most perfect hotel I have stayed in. Such a comfortable room. Such a delicious breakfast. And a beautiful area too. I feel very lucky to have been able to spend a night there. If the weather had been better I would have stayed longer.

Located partially in a historical estate, some hallways are like a museum. Rooms are very spacious and clean, but I really hate floor carpet in any hotel. Afternoon tea and cake is a lovely touch, and dinner in one of the restaurants was delicious. Lovely garden as well.

Excellent stay! Room was perfect, comfy bed, very clean, nice bathroom and great views. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices! Would gladly stay here again!

Unfortunately we were given the wrong room for the first night with no option to change. This was sorted for a second and third night with a refund for difference. No manned reception from 3pm was a problem for us and other guests. The person who manned the reception from 7-3 was extremely accommodating, helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean and spacious. Sauna was lovely, although I am unsure why it was only available between 3 and 7pm. Parking was only free between 8pm-8am. This is not...

Staff, food and facilities all excellent. The staff could not have done more to help or to make us feel welcome. Rooms could do with a little updating for a 4* hotel, but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Minor point is the rooms have no tea/coffee facilities or mini bar which is a little annoying if you like a morning cuppa. Views are spectacular and perfect location for the Hintertux glacier and lift system.
