Pros: safe, charming neighborhood; immaculately clean and spacious with high ceilings, lots of natural light, and pleasing decor; well appointed with nice towels, extra pillows, and kitchen tools and some basic supplies like coffee filters, salt and pepper, sugar, etc. garage, pool table, balcony, Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi TV Smart tv with HBO Max. Cons: mattresses - VERY firm mattresses in every bedroom - I suppose if you're a firm mattress person you may like them but none of us (5 adults) were comfortable ; downstairs tenants can be heard talking through the door by the stairs and I'm sure they could hear us too - sorta weird feeling. Minor con: couch cushions are pretty worn out and not too comfortable and there's no coffee table or side tables. ##### Yvonne M.
