PETS must be approved prior to your stay. We are very pet friendly but they come with extra cleaning and special instructions. We will charge a fee for each unregistered animal, please be considerate and have your pet approved prior to booking. PET RULES You MUST be leashed at all times when in the front yard and neighborhood. We ask this because it is the local law and our neighbors appreciate law abiding guests. Matt was responsive to my concerns and requests . The reason for only 3 stars is the property issues we encountered. As the owner of 2 dogs who were staying with us the yard was not as pictured. There were several issues with the yard including the fence , access to separations between the fence , access to under the back building as well as building materials stacked on the ground. All of these were hazardous to the dogs. If you are looking for a property to let your dogs loose then be prepared to stay with them at all times. Inside the house was clean and prepared for our arrival. Matt was quick to respond to getting the yard cleaned up after several plants were damaged in the recent frost and for replacing a broken toaster.
