Amazing house and everything you could possibly want or need. The kids had the best time finding little creatures in the river. Aquarius South was truly amazing trip! The communication was perfection, the house was clean and completely stocked with anything you’ll ever need. We love eating out on vacation, but the view.. the dock.. and the firepit on the beach kept us home cooking every night so we could enjoy every moment. A+. This house had everything you can think of and was by far the best appointed Rental house we have ever stayed in. Our crew had SO much fun in the house/ pool/dock, entertaining the kids was a piece of cake. The only advice I would give is: if you take out the water toys/boats, go upstream first! Property was simply outstanding! We can’t say enough about it! We had 9 adults and 11 children - plenty of room for everyone. We gave this trip to our kids/grandkids for Christmas 2024\. Great fishing off the dock, pool was secure with only one entry- wonderful when watching littles- plenty of space to play outside, fun water toys, excellent access to Atlantic Ocean across the street, etc. The house was completely stocked and ready for our large group.… there were welcome baskets in the cribs complete with diapers, and baby accessories. The house was clean and well stocked with things you would expect, but even had things you’d never expect to find at a vacation rental. Lots of games and outdoor toys for all ages were there. Al even got high chairs and portable cribs for the babies. He was super responsive and made sure all of our needs were addressed. We love this location because of the quiet neighborhood and safe surroundings. Also, easy access to the river and the beach allowed us to have lots of time in the water. There was literally something for everyone in this home. House is completely stocked…believe the other reviews and only bring your clothes and order your groceries! Great touch with even supplying paper goods, besides the condiments, coffee, teas, spices and the emergency kits in every bathroom…WOW! Our first impression of the property was how incredibly clean and well stocked it was! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our family of 17\. The outside was so impressive with all the toys,games, fishing equipment, bikes and water toys for all ages . The communication with ou host,Al,was beyond our expectations!! We had some issues with the heating of our pool and Al had technicians out to house within 30 minutes! The week we spent there was truly amazing. This property lacked nothing. I only wish that I had believed it, I would not have packed some things. This house is stocked beyond my highest expectations. A trip to the grocery store and that was it! We really did not have to go anywhere else. Location is everything and this was everything. Outside all of the time. The river, the ocean, the pool, sandbar, fishing, water toys. It was the best. Thank you so much! Next time we will be more diligent with the bug spray (which was kindly provided). Our family has been taking a winter vacation for years to Florida. We typically stay on the gulf side but this year we choose this home because of all it had to offer. Typically you have to pay extra for kayaks, bikes, buy all the supplies needed such and toiletries and other basic needs that this home came stocked with. The best part was not having to pay extra for the pool heat and then having it still not be warm. This pool was perfect and the hot tub was alway hot! My dad, husband and kids could spend the whole day fishing off the dock. They caught so many awesome fish and once they figured out they bite best when fishing with the frozen shrimp bought from the store close to the house it was all they wanted to do! This house has spoiled us for future VRBO rentals. It is BY FAR the best stocked house we have ever rented…from the kitchen to the outdoor activities, to towels and linens it was impressive. The area is beautiful, we watched a SpaceX launch from the beach, saw sea turtle tracks every morning on the beach, had a family fishing tournament off the pier (and caught at least 12 species of fish). The pictures on the listing gave us a good idea of the place, but we were still impressed. The property was immaculately maintained, incredibly clean and unbelievably stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several family meals. Beach toys, games, fishing…absolutely everything you can think of was at the house.
