It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants. I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. "This was located in a superb spot in Dresden. The host was really kind and accommodating. They met us upon our arrival to go over the house rules and show us the features of the apartment. We stayed with our 80kg Great Dane and 3 children. There were basically 6 people staying here and there was PLENTY of room. I highly recommend staying at this location."

"The owner made an incredibly sensitive reconstruction of the building that is placed in idyllic countryside. Two bedrooms and the two-floored living room that includes the full equipped kitchen make you feel very comfortable and airy. Old beams and pure and minimalistic style meet naturally. What beautiful days we experienced there!"

"We, a family of 5, stayed at this apartment for a little getaway weekend. We found this apartment to be quite comfortable, well placed within the town and stocked with all the necessaties. The check-in was simple and easy, and communication with the host was flawless. He even provided a parking spot behind the apartment, upon request. We also brought our dog, who was also welcome. There is a small park about a 10 minute walk away for kids. Just to note (as I must have missed it in the listing)...
