Welcome to our holiday home, Haus Labaily See & Sauna, located by the Kriebstein Reservoir in beautiful Saxony near Mittweida. The house has been recently renovated. Make yourselves at home and enjoy life. Hiking, water sports, cycling, climbing, stand-up paddling, and swimming – you’ll find plenty of activities right outside the door. Our holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms across 50 m² of modern living space. The water is less than a 5-minute walk away. The large garden offers lake views and privacy with no nearby neighbors. The furnishings are modern and everything you need is provided, including Wi-Fi to stay connected.



The property features a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room, and a sleeping alcove. You have access to a spacious private garden, an open terrace, a balcony, and a carport with parking at the house. Air conditioning is available. Relax in the garden lounge or enjoy a barbecue with the provided grill. There is also a table tennis table. A sauna on the property can be used for an extra charge and accommodates 4 or more people. Another sauna by the water can also be booked. The water is about 5 minutes away and easily accessible. There are several hiking trails nearby, starting right at your doorstep. The area is also great for exploring by bike.



You can go canoeing, stand-up paddling, or simply swim and unwind. Public transport is nearby for excursions. The property is not fully fenced but is surrounded by greenery.



On arrival, the keys will be handed over in person or left for you.



Parties, events, and bachelor parties are not allowed. One pet is welcome on request.
