We loved the location of Co56 as it was in the vicinity of many historical places my parents told us about that we had never seen. We walked around Chemnitz daily and easily mastered the city bus services which takes you anywhere cheaply and comfortably. The restaurants in the immediate area all offer wonderful German and Italian food. The breakfast buffet at the hotel is excellent and we started our day there every day. Overall a very well appointed hotel and everyone was eager to make our stay great. The only items we missed having in our room were a small safe, and in room coffee machine. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The small supermarket at the entrance was a great idea. 2 points for improvement was that the restaurant was fully booked for both evenings and we had a limited by tasty menu. The WiFi was not good and seemed to fluctuate between reasonable and not working. Nicht mal ein QR-Code, um an die Hotelinfos zu kommen. Da ich diesen ganzen Papierkram in aller Regel nicht mag, war das ein Pluspunkt ;-) Es gibt auch keine Kugelschreiber auf dem Zimmer - kein Problem. Allerdings hat man auch an den Zahnputzbechern gespart.
