"Great location, best Petit old France, across from the train station. Staff was excellent, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast buffet was killer, all farm to table and fresh! Room was a good size, clean, great shower pressure. Would definitely stay here again when in Strasbourg "

"Travelled with my sister and this was our accommodation for 4 nights. I have nothing but amazing things to say. The rooms were very clean, especially the bathroom which was newly renovated. The staff crew were beyond accommodating to us, even opening the breakfast early for us. The location was perfect, very close to the train station, just a 3-5 min walk so getting to our destinations was not a problem for us."

"We checked in (2 rooms for 3 nights) , looked at our rooms and cancelled. Had to find another hotel. It was dirty, rugs filthy in halls, stairs unsafe, railing very loose and wobbly. General disrepair throughout . Was not able to get any of our 6 nights refunded. Large metal keys that you left at front desk when you went out. Not secure. Extremely disappointed with Le Kleber and Expedia."

"Everything was perfect. The location was perfect. Room was clean and big, the bed comfy. My only concern is anyone can just walk in, the front door is always open and you don’t see staff on the front desk. Made me feel a little uncomfortable. "

"Room had an odor like old drains which did not go away despite use. Airing the room out helped a little. Bed was both too soft and too firm, my hips and shoulders are very sore. Walls outside were relatively soundproof, but things happening in the corridor sounded like they were in my room. Otherwise, the room was pretty spacious and the location was pretty good, roughly equidistant between the train station and city center. There was a kitchenette if you need one. Always appreciate an elevator and baggage storage."

"The hotel is in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to Petite France and 10 minutes from the train station. The staff was excellent and made many great recommendations. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of selections."
