Hôtel Diana Dauphine is a wonderful blend of contemporary elegance, warm hospitality, and French charm.
Ideally located near Strasbourg’s enchanting historic center, this lovely boutique hotel offers the perfect base for discovering the city’s picturesque streets, half-timbered houses, magnificent cathedral, and the romantic beauty of Petite France.
Lovely staff! Conveniently located hotel close to everything. They do have parking but there is also many parking garages in the city. The breakfast was nice so I recommend adding that if you like. The air conditioned room was excellent during the heat. I would stay there again.
This was a great place to stay. Location was great close to things and a quick bus ride from central train station (G bus). The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet.
Excellent customer service, we were able to check in 2 hours early! The room was very clean and lovely. Quiet at night as well, short walk to the downtown area. Would come back any time!
We had a lovely 8 nights at the Diana Dauphine Hotel. A very warm welcome when we arrived and the breakfast team did a great job presenting and constantly keeping the extensive buffet well stocked. The rooms are spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful city of Strasbourg and all it has to offer. Plenty to see and do here, with the opportunity of trips put to other beautiful towns. We would definitely return.
We stayed here for two nights with our small dog. The property is pet-friendly and well located, just a 10 minute walk from the city center and the Christmas market. We also used the on site parking, which was very convenient.
The only thing that could be improved is including bottled water in the room rate. That said, there is a supermarket right in front of the hotel, where for less than the price of a minibar bottle you can an buy a six pack.

Everything was good and clean. Only one small issue was that the wifi connection did not work in our room.
Great located hotel with very friendly staff and good service. Rooms are bigger than expected and very modern. Parking is available direct at the hotel.
You can reach the old town by a little walk very fast or you can choose to take the tram.
Breakfast was very delicious with food from local producers and the service was very pleasant.
Fantastic place. Beautiful. Great breakfast options. Close to everything but it’s a small town, not really difficult to walk. Big room and bathroom, loads of space. They had fresh flowers and a chocolate Santa for us our first night. The flowers lasted for our stay, the Santa not so much 😅
Amazing hotel close to so many things. Staff was so welcoming and helpful. Elevator is extremely small which we have encountered on this trip. Only suggestions for them is to get smaller softer pillows.
It was generally positive.
Condition of the room and hotel was good. Design of the standard room was good, especially spacious bathroom made our life easier.
It was clean in general.
Staff was super helpful and friendly. We had several extra demands like different pillows and slippers and they answered all our needs pretty quickly.

We traveled here for 2 nights but immediately checked out once we got to our room. The lack of pictures should have given me a sign. The room was supposed to be a triple room 260 square feet. It was the size of a cruise cabin room. The bathroom was a nice size but the room itself was tiny. They put a cot on the floor which was under a desk that would have my mom hit her head at night. Rooms are big enough for 2 people max. Maybe with a baby but that’s it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get a night refunded but in hindsight I should have made a bigger issue and gotten part of the second night too (minus thehe cost of cleaning as we did go into the room and sit on the bed). Other things to note the elevator was tiny. The hallway to the rooms were super dark. The entry itself was clean but had a smell of rancid spilled coffee with milk. The hotel is advertised as 4 stars but realistically only a 2.5 star hotel if I’m being generous. This was an expensive mistake
Hotel Diane Dauphine was such an amazing place to stay. The staff was great and accommodating, loved all the littles touches of having hot wine and gingerbread every evening and the breakfast aaa bar far the best I’ve seen at a hotel!
