This hotel offers very kind of human touch communication. The old city is lovely and has heartbreaking landscape everywhere. Thanks for this place not bombed in World War II.

This property was perfect!! It is an authentic French local gem! It is in a historic building outside the Cathedral and close to everything. Our suite was well appointed and a great size for our family of four. We loved the Cafe for breakfast, the Cathedral bells, and the sounds of daily life in Strasbourg. If you are looking for a chain hotel this is not for you!

Charming, central hotel with most helpful staff.

We stayed at this hotel in a suite overlooking the cathedral. The room was lovely with antique furniture in it, with 2 double beds and arm chairs. We were very comfortable. The hotel is very central with only a short walk to the cathedral and the 3 museums in the Palais Rohan. There are many restaurants a short walk away, including the Rimini which is very good, just round the corner. Finally, the staff were most helpful helping with our bags making sure we had everything we needed in our room

The single bed room was the smallest so far among where I have lived in Europe. The bathroom was therefore also the smallest I have ever experienced, which was not very convenient for showers. The location was top. The staff speaks English and was friendly. The service team in the breakfast cafe was not as friendly as the hotel staff but okish. Overall, I would recommend the place for small budget travellers but I myself wouldn't choose it the next time I visit Strasbourg.

Excellent location, right next to the Cathedral. The rest is not great. The single room was extremely small, especially the bathroom. There is no air conditioner. The room felt like a sauna. Management provided a fan, which didn't help much. I would not stay there again.

The Hotel Suisse is a charming hotel, an amazing location and wonderful staff. Strasbourg is a magical and charming place, and the Hotel Suisse made my time in Strasbourg even more magical! Great and quaint hotel. The breakfast was wonderful! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Wonderful experience!

The location of this hotel is incredible. It's literally 10 feet from the Cathedral plaza. You can walk everywhere. The staff is extremely friendly and there is a cafe on site for breakfast and drinks in the evening. It's a charming European hotel. For Americans, the rooms might feel extremely small and a little shabby, but our family wanted an authentic experience and we loved this hotel.
