The location of the hotel was amazing. The room really comfortable, everything new and renovated. They didn't offer cleaning service due to COVID what we understood. They made a mistake with the breakfast and we told them that we didn't have breakfast there and they understood fast and we didn't have any problem. 100% recommended.

Everything was fabulous
The hotel is right in the city center, extremely close to the cathedral and anything else you may want to wish for. The hostess is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and for Strasbourg spacious! Would stay again in a heartbeat.
