"I book through a third party on line for our guest speakers for our Quilt Guild. Once it's confirmed with an itinerary #; I call the hotel and give them the guests name to connect it to mine for ease of convenience for checking in for our guest. This time they didn't have my guest name anywhere on the reservation. Even though I sent my guest everything she needed to check in, the clerk was not allowing my guest to check in without me calling and giving her (Hampton Inn's clerk - Christy) the reservation #. She also had my guest put a credit card on file when they had mine. We had a contract with our guest to pay for her stay and mileage as our guest speaker. The treatment to my guest was very unprofessional. According to my guest, Christy the clerk, was going round and round with her that I had to be the one to check in. My guest tried to explain to her there was a reservation for her under our Guilds name & my name with her name attached. Someone dropped the ball. That should NOT have been taken out on my guest and it was. Nor should I have gotten a lecture when I called to give my registration information on what I should have done. I did everything CHRISTY said I SHOULD have done. Someone didn't put it on my PAID on-line check in when I called and asked them to add my guest. It was done previously the month before with no problem."

"Great time, clean, comfortable stay. Plenty of room for our family of 4 with a King bed and Full/queen with trundle bed in 2nd bedroom. Easy access to water and dock with stairs and walkway. Great views!"

"We didn’t eat the breakfast so I can’t speak to that but the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that someone was cooking late at night with a strong smell of spices"

"Hot tub was great. Cabin is set in a beautiful area. Hiking trails are awesome. Cabin is simple and rustic, but we loved it. Peaceful setting and lots to do. Highly recommend if you want to just relax and enjoy the outdoors. "
