"Andy is a great host. The place is lovely, has all the conveniences that you could hope for, the pool is sublime and the view and the surroundings are very special. We loved the local town and all of Andy’s recommendations were fantastic. Can’t wait to visit again!"

"The tiny house itself was great and the facilities were fine, however the location was not what we expected. The house is located in a backyard 20 metres away from the main house, looking into the neighbours driveway. All of the towels and clothes were stained and the barbecue was full of filthy water. The property was also very difficult to find as there was no signage and the house number was quite small. Overall a disappointing stay as we were expecting a “hinterland hideout” and instead were...

"Nevs property is lovely , right near the entrance to the amazing Border Ranges NP. It rained the whole time we were here , and we felt cosy and safe . Being off grid meant we had electricity while most of the region experienced black outs . Highly recommended "

"The property was very beautiful. There was one bedroom downstairs which had very bad damp smell so we could not use the bedroom. The pool was unuseable as it was not covered and full of small insects. There was one fry pan which was rusted. So small issues. The contact people Deb and Sarah were very good"

"Benny’s was everything we could have hoped for and more for our family Christmas reunion. A beautifully renovated farmhouse, stylish and super comfortable, in the most stunning surrounds. The balcony was the perfect place to relax and drink in the views. The resort-style pool was a joy, as were the friendly chickens. Lovely villages, such as Clunes, waterfalls and the beaches of Byron just a short drive away, but just as tempting to stay in and enjoy everything that Bennys has to offer. "

"Do not take your nice car here, theres no undercover parking. Main living areas are not air-conditioned. The pool is disgusting , the tiles are not grouted and there is "seaweed" like mould growing off the walls. The grass was not mown."

"A 2nd bathroom in the laundry, not expected. Kitchen could have been cleaner - fridge not cleaned, kettle covered in a layer of grease. House, pool and garden lovely. Enjoyed our stay."
