"The room was spotless Staff extremely helpful Good variety of breakfasts Bar adequate variety of drinks ok Only down point is my wife and myself ordered a meal for dinner/supper and waited a fair while considering the restaurant was not very busy. My wife went to the bar and asked how much longer it would be, the girl went to the kitchen to find out and informed us it was coming soon. Only my wife’s appeared and we waited as long as we could for mine (we had an appointment so time was limited) the chap offered to find out why my meal had not arrived but we decided we needed to go the person asked for our room number which we gave and we departed for our appointment. This took the gloss off what was an otherwise enjoyable stay"

"Clean room, clean hotel. Staff were very helpful. Watched interactions with staff and other guests, could not fault, very professional, polite, friendly and helpful. Only one issue and that was that one lift was out of order, so took a little longer to wait for working one. A little inconvenience, but nothing major."

"Staff are amazing and hotel very clean. Hot water poor and was misinformed on enquiry regarding it. Unfortunatley and do not blame this person as new to position but we were told no hot water for couple days. Spoke to another later and explained due to hotel being quiet and old piped needed to run sink and bath taps together until hot eventually comes through. Other wise 5 stars all the way and we will definitely be back"
