"Easy to get to, very clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a standard room with a king size bed, which was set up very nice. The shower was nice and the water got warm and hot very quickly. There was a full breakfast buffet available, which varied a little bit day by day. Lots of items available to eat and drink. The dining area was nice and lighting was bright. I stayed here seven nights and will likely come back here again if I come back to Greenville."

"Communication was very easy with Johnny! This house sits on a quiet street near train tracks but I only heard the train 1x in 4 days. It is so convenient to downtown Greenville (7/8) minutes to be exact! This house is a rustic house experience on a healthy live of land and plenty of room to park! The only thing the add does not show as true maybe for only our stay but there is no third bed. There is a room that can be an exercise space or be turned into an office but otherwise the house is well appointed with Two comfortable queen beds. My husband, daughter and I were very comfortable and glad to get this house for our stay last minute!!"

"The hotel is somewhat outdated 70’s - 80’s era could use a makeover. The staff is incredible and definitely the strong point of the hotel. Location is great, Greenville is on the rise very safe and clean lots of great businesses retail and restaurant. I once felt this way about Asheville but it lost its charm well before the big storm, hope Greenville stays the course it’s on."

"Beautiful house… clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Close to the main road with an easy trip to downtown. Had coffee and a snack basket as a great special touch. We would definitely stay here again!"
