The staff were very courteous and polite. The room was big and clean. My bed was pretty comfortable as well. My only 2 downfalls are the pool was green so I could not swim and I wish there were some potatoes or something else besides mostly eggs for breakfast, as to I am allergic to them. But overall it was a great, quiet stay!! I would definitely stay there again.

We loved that this property was located in the historic area of Greenville and within walking distance of wonderful boutiques, restaurants and historic places. A very safe area. Our room was very clean and decorated nicely. The staff member who checked us in was so friendly and helpful with good local information. Carlos who was on duty in the breakfast area was awesome! He made sure there was plenty of everything for all! We loved the on-site parking. We would definitely return and stay there again.

Located perfectly to the part of Greenville I wanted to explore. Able to walk everywhere down Main St. all the way to the Falls Park and beyond. Free parking, front desk was very helpful when I couldn't get the wifi to work. Very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast had many choices and was very good. Room was spotless. Ten out of ten on everything!

Everything was great with the exception of the pool. It didn’t appear very clean. I really wanted to get a room with a pool, which I did, but once I saw the pool, I was quite upset. The beds and pillows were comfy, the hotel parking was great, the food was just ok. Nothing special.

A nice stay, the employees were great. Elevators a little slow, and did not take advantage of the breakfast. Great location to both Main Street and the museums. Parking was also convenient and easy and I appreciate that it was included in the hotel room price. I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Greenville.

# Hotel Review I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and the friendly, professional staff truly made my stay special. **Nathaniel at the front desk was exceptional**—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure guests had a great experience. The other front desk employees were equally friendly and professional, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. I especially appreciated how knowledgeable the staff was about the area. They provided excellent recommendations for **local restaurants, food, shopping, and things to do**, which made it easy to enjoy the surrounding area without having to spend time searching for options. The **location is ideal**, especially if you enjoy shopping and exploring nearby restaurants and attractions. Being conveniently located near shops made getting around easy and added a lot of convenience to the stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Convenient location. Not overly walkable to the main part of downtown unless you are in for w long walk. Rooms were comfortable. Parking is free onsite. Only two minor issues - pool was green and we got a call 10 minutes past check out time to hurry us along. We were on our way out but it just felt pushy and not a great way to leave.
