"Power point in room 472 didn't work near lamp. Lovely comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Big complaint about last night's transfer shuttle. 22.09.2026. Phoned hotel to let them know we needed picking up from terminal 2 H stop. 30 minutes later still no bus. Phoned again and waited another 25 minutes. Still no bus, Phoned again and bus arrived as I was talking on phone. Never had any issues with transfer before. Disappointing."
