Spacious 1-bedroom apartment. One bedroom with a double bed, one large livingroom/kitchen with a sofa bed.

This brand new apartment has new furniture and is in great condition.

Please note that check in is between 1600hrs and 2200hrs. The front door locks at 2200hrs, so you must arrive before then.

You will have access to the whole space.

Late Check in - Emergency Lockbox

1. All check-ins must be completed before 22:00 hours as the entry code will no longer work after this time.
2. If a guest requires a later check-in, we can place the key in a key lock box outside the property.
3. To arrange for a late check-in, we require at least one week`s notice. A 200 SEK fee will apply.
4. For last-minute requests (received closer to the check-in date), the fee will increase to 500 SEK and the late check-in may not be guaranteed.
- No loud noise after 21.00 / 9pm
- No pets
- No shoes worn in the house
- Only guests who are included in the booking reservation are allowed in the property
