I’m more than happy that I picked this very convenient place to stay for my solo trip to Stockholm! Everything from booking to checkout was smooth and easy. Clean and nicely decorated studio with everything u need and cute extras! I’d definitely pick BoB W for any vacay in EU again!

Very nice and cozy room, great location, everything super efficient even without reception, easy communication via WhatsApp if needed. The only “issue” we had was the shower door leaking a bit. I would definitely come back!

Perfect for a week long stay in Stockholm. Close to metro stop, grocery, restaurants, historic sites and restaurants in the heart of Norrmalm. Keyless entry and thoughtful room amenities (a re-usable grocery bag and water bottles for use during our stay). Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Shout out to customer service: There was a mix up (my fault) when booking and instead of a room with a full kitchen I booked one with shared kitchen access. Sent a message and they quickly were able to switch my reservation to a room with full kitchen facilities and moved us right over. Will stay here again on future visits. Our trip was for fun and sightseeing but this would be a great place to stay for business.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! Very convenient, clean and great service! Amenities are a dream - they loan you a Polaroid camera and give you a tote to keep! Yoga mat in each room plus reusable drink bottles if needed. Loved it so much. Room very well appointed and arranged for my arrival. Overall, superb!

Room was spotless, comfortable bed , Had an incident where staff open door while wife was changing at the beginning of our stay. Staff continued to say it was our fault, that she thought it was unoccupied even though we were allowed to check in . Wife was not happy as she was seen in her undergarments.

We came back to our room to find our bags and belonging rearranged. Someone had entered our room. It’s scary unknown people are entering our room unannounced. We asked and there were construction workers who entered. This was an announced visit.

I reserved a room which showed a room with a kitchenette and windows, but they insisted I was going to get a windowless studio with only a shared kitchen. This went against everything that was on the Expedia website. I emailed them for a few days and no one responded. Then 24 hours before my arrival I started texting back and forth until I was given what I reserved. It was very stressful.

Kommunikationen med overnatningsstedet var noget af det mest frustrerende og mindst effektive jeg længe har prøvet! Deres indtjekningsprocess, hvilket er gennem deres egen app, var mildest talt ringe (havde booket 2 værelser, og det har de åbenbart aldrig oplevet før!). Det trækker dem laaangt ned i min vurdering. Jeg kan ikke huske at have oplevet et hostel/hotel har været så dårlige til en indtjekningsproces før. Værelset var egentlig fint nok - jeg tænker andre som mig overvejer det her sted pga. prisen og beliggenheden. Det kan man ikke tage fra dem, det var jo fint. De har også nogle okay ting - så som deres tilkøb af et polaroid kamera var meget skægt. Til gengæld svømmer hele badværelset hvis man bruger brusebadet (det skete på begge værelser). Sengene er okay, men ikke noget særligt. Så overall ville jeg nok ikke anbefale det her sted til folk jeg holder af.

Huone ja kylppäri oli todella puhtaita, ja hotellissa oli hiljaista ja rauhallista. Huoneeseen ei kuulunut mitään ääniä mistään. Sijainti oli myös erinomainen. Kattoikkuna piti kirskuntaa kun aurinkosuojaa avasi tai sulki, ja huoneessa ei ollut ilmastointia, minkä takia huoneessa oli hieman kuuma vaikkei ulkona ollut hellettä. Pressopannua varten voisi olla ihan kirjalliset ohjeet huoneessa, sillä se näytti kokeneen kovia aikaisempien asukkaiden käytössä😁

Rommet var helt allright. Fine senger og oppholdsrom. Bad var noe slitt med flaskene maling fra gulvet og dusjen fyller hele baderomsgulvet med vann. Hyggelig personale og fint område rundt.

Vi anlände till rummet och temperaturen var otroligt hög, luften var otroligt kvav och takfönstren gick inte att öppna. Vi fick ha dörren till rummet öppen ut mot korridoren för att ens kunna vistas i rummet. Vi hade bokat för två personer och specifikt önskat två separata bäddar, men det fanns inte sängkläder för bäddsoffan. Inte heller fanns det i förrådet man har tillgång till, som angett i informationen vid bokningen. Vi erbjöds ingen återbetalning utan fick betala fullt pris för denna vistelse som var under al kritik. Rekommenderar ej.
