Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig etwas überhalb vom Ortskern Stockach, viele Geschäfte sind auch zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad gut erreichbar. Auch das Freibad ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 10 Min. zu erreichen.
