The 45 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with king-size bed and 1 bathroom, thus offering space for 4 people. The equipment also includes high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A washing machine is available in the lockable basement room. This property features a private outdoor area with a garden and barbecue facilities. The terrace area is currently being redesigned to offer you even more comfort and a more beautiful atmosphere. Once the work is completed, we look forward to presenting you with the new pictures. We thank you for your understanding. Within walking distance there is a train station, a bakery, a small grocery store and a farm shop. Lake Constance is only a 5-minute drive away. A covered parking space is available on the property. Es war alles da, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht, sogar eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Vermieterin sehr nett. Alles sehr sauber, gepflegt und schön.Zur Lage: Ruhig in einem Wohngebiet im Dorf. Es gibt fußläufig einen Bäcker. Die Ferienwohnung ist über das übliche Maß hinaus sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, Sonnenschirm, Liegen und Gasgrill. Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Räume sind schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Für Fahrräder usw. steht ein eigener Kellerraum zur Verfügung. Gerne kommen wir noch einmal wieder. ##### Andrea Maria B. In der Ferienwohnung angekommen, stellten wir fest, dass wir eine total super Ferienwohnung gebucht hatten. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts und die FW war liebevoll eingerichtet und es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an super wohlgefühlt. Im Küchenbereich haben wir eine Überraschungen vorgefunden, einfach nett. Die Vermieter sind so herzliche Vermieter, dass man eigentlich glaubt, man würde sie schon seit Jahren kennen. Wir vergeben insgesamt die "NOTE EINS" und werden dort sicherlich nochmals unseren Urlaub verbringen, falls wir uns für einen Urlaub am Bodensee entscheiden.
