Von hier aus sind es ca. 10min. mit dem Auto nach Stintino selbst bzw. 15min. zum Strand LaPelosa. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war gepflegt und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Luciana verlief (auf Englisch) reibungslos. Bei Ankunft trafen wir auf Cinzia, die eine etwas ruppige Art hatte, womit wir aber klar kamen und uns alles zeigte und erklärte. Auch unsere Ausweise wurden fotografiert, was sich aber nach kurzer Recherche am Art. 109 des TULPS orientiert. Die Unterkunft verfügte unserer Meinung nach über alle notwendigen Utensilien, wie Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küchenequipment, Geschirr und Haushaltsgeräte usw. Eine Waschmaschine sowie eine Grill sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Pool sowie der Garten wurden regelmäßig gepflegt. Die Trennung des Mülls und dessen Abholung ist sehr strikt. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Grundstück. Wichtig ist jedoch zu wissen, dass sich das Haus an einer Durchfahrtsstraße, der Via Casaraccio, befindet. Im inneren ist hiervon nichts mitzubekommen, im Aussenbereich, wie z.B. der Terrasse, insbesondere zu den Stoßzeiten, jedoch schon. Dies hat uns zeitweise gestört. Dennoch ist die Unterkunft insgesamt sehr privat gehalten und von Außen kaum einsehbar. Im Ergebnis hatten wir eine gute Zeit in der Villa Camilla. ##### Dennis B. Einen Tag vor dem Check -In bekam ich eine Nachricht von der Vermieterin, dass wir 300€ Kaution in bar bezahlen müssen. War vertraglich nicht vereinbart (300€ werden auf der Kreditkarte geblockt). Mit der Vermittlerin Cinzia, die den Check-In gemacht hat, kam es zum Streit. Sie spricht nur italienisch & ist herablassend & unfreundlich. Solch feindliches Verhalten kannte ich bisher nicht. Wir gaben ihr dann unser restliches Bargeld 100€ (+ Kurtaxe). Ungefragt machte sie Fotos von allen Personalausweisen. Nachdem wir ihr das verbieten wollten, meinte sie, es wäre für die Polizei. Wäre unser italienisch besser, hätten wir bei der nächsten Polizeistation nachgefragt. Mehrmals wies sie auf die strenge Mülltrennung hin (als wären wir dumm) & dass die Einrichtung so wertvoll wäre. Diese ist von IKEA & viele Tassen/Teller sind kaputt. Wir empfehlen, beim Beziehen Fotos/Videos anzufertigen. Die Wohnung ist zumindest sauber. Leider war der Pool dreckig. Wir haben dann einen Kescher gekauft. Am 4\. Tag viel Cinzia auf, dass die Sicherung vom Pool für die Pumpe nicht eingeschaltet war. Somit schwammen wir 3 Tage in dreckigem Wasser, sind aber zum Glück nicht krank geworden. Der Rasen wurde seit Wochen nicht gemäht. WLAN war nicht vorhanden. Es sollte am nächsten Tag eingerichtet werden, da wurde festgestellt, dass die SIM-Karte fehlt. Sie wollte eine kaufen & dann am nächsten Tag wieder kommen, kam aber erst übermorgen. Jardin très bien entretenu et belle piscine qui permettent d'avoir de la fraicheur. Emplacement idéal pour la baignade et le snorkeling avec les nombreuses plages aux alentours. Il soggiorno presso la Villa della Signora Luciana è stato perfetto, la casa è molto carina, la piscina super comoda, gentilissima anche la signora Cinzia che ci ha accolto con tutte le informazioni e disponibilità del caso. Se devo trovare una nota negativa è il fatto che non è presente un aspirapolvere per il cliente ma noi ci siamo arrangiati comprandone uno, così come il phon dei capelli.
