Step outside to enjoy your private garden and private outdoor pool, open seasonally from May 15 to October 15. The recently renovated pool features a comfortable stone sunbathing area made from Stintino stone, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility. You can also use the private grill for outdoor dining and are located near the beach.
Parking includes 1 shared on-site space and street parking options. One pet is allowed on the property, but events are not permitted. The villa offers high privacy levels in a quiet area away from crowds, ideal for a relaxing vacation immersed in nature.
A security deposit is required upon arrival to guarantee house rules compliance and proper waste management, refunded after departure following property inspection.
