The 65-square-meter property is spread over two levels. There are stairs inside. Please exercise EXTRA CAUTION if you are travelling with small children.

-BEDROOM 2 with two single beds, split A/C;

-BATHROOM 1 with bathtub, bidet, toilet, and sink.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: iron and ironing board, clothesline, hair dryer.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Olbia Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



N.B. Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorised use of extra linens, you will be charged €20 for each set of linens used.

Stintino’s most famous beach, La Pelosa, is known for its pure white sand and shallow, turquoise waters, which give it a tropical feel.

Don’t miss Asinara, an island off the coast that is both a national park and a marine reserve.
