Cozy Hillside Cottage with Fenced Garden

  • This sweet 2 BR home has private garden spaces and is a 5 minute walk to town and the beach, as well as easy access to the hiking trails on Mt. Tamalpais. The primary bedroom has ensuite bathroom, lots of windows, and it's own private deck. The roomy second bedroom has a bath down the hall. The living room has a fireplace and a view to the sea. The sunny kitchen has granite counter tops and a dining table. The pretty deck and garden are perfect for outdoor living. Gas Grill. Dogs are allowed. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee. Bed Configuration: 2 Queen beds, 2 Sleeper Sofas (One in the living room and one in the primary.)

    Minimum booking is 7 days unless surrounding bookings create a smaller span.
