Overpriced, cold, soggy food with no microwave available. Management was worse—rude, accusatory response blaming us, then stopped responding altogether. Horrible. I moved to a 2nd floor room facing the railroad tracks which was noticeably noisier but I have to say the earplugs provided by the hotel do work!"
