  • This cozy dog friendly cottage with a private dock located on Riverside Drive right across from the rive is Ideal for families and fishing enthusiasts, the cottage boasts an open concept floor plan with 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms, sleeping for up to 8 guests comfortably. We have added 1 queen airbed with linens and pillows in case your need a little extra sleeping space.

    Enjoy the beautiful Florida weather from the spacious deck with ramp, perfect for grilling your fresh catch and watching the boats go by. The cottage is located in the golf cart community, within walking distance of the park, close by 2 marinas, and several restaurants. Watch the firework show right from your porch or walk to the Fiddler Crab Festival.

    Pack your bags and get ready to head down to Steinhatchee, Florida and stay with us at the Riverhouse on the Hill. We now allow 1 dog with a 100.00 pet fee paid with your reservation. So bring your furry friend so everyone can relax.
