The beds were comfy, the condo was clean, the fireplace was super easy, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, the flatware was gorgeous, and the management company was SO helpful anytime we needed anything. The location is also incredible...we walked to breakfast, dinner, shopping, and Howelson Hill. Snowmobiling at Thunderstruck Adventures was only 1.5 miles away, and there was a shuttle stop for the free bus to the resort right outside our door. Everything was amazing! Unfortunately it's extremely loud at times because it's at the corner of an alley/road and the trash removal/snow removal will wake you up in the middle of the night and early morning. The unit is well-stocked, master is comfortable but one of the bedrooms has a foldout bed which is not comfortable. We enjoyed being just steps from downtown Steamboat, and rode world class mountain bike trails on Emerald Mt., just across the river. Perfect layout for our family of 4 plus grandparents, 6 total. The furnishings and fully-equipped kitchen were of high quality. It was handy having 2.5 baths for our family of 3 plus our married couple friends. It was nice having all of the rooms on the same level, once you ascend the outdoor stairs. We weren't massively bothered by early morning snow plows or garbage pickup. The one car garage was too narrow to park our rented Suburban. The thermostat had a sign not to lower the temperature below 68 degrees, which is too warm for sleeping. Management might check the slow drains on the second bathroom sink and tub. It has everything you need. The space is perfect for a family. Stayed 4 nights in Oct 2021 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Antoinette R. 16 Mar 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Delightful Loved the unit - construction is SOLID, so you don't hear other people etc. We felt that both the management group and the owners cared for the property and it showed in terms of a clean and well-maintained unit along with a highly responsive and personable management group. Do bring ear plugs: somehow the road traffic reverberates at night. The outdoor gas grill and deck were a plus. The condo was lovely. Sadly the dishwasher was broken, but it ended up being ok. It was pretty loud at night. There were lots of snow plows and garbage trucks right outside the windows, since the East facing side of the condo looks into an alley. Overall it was a great stay though. ##### Sydney H. Steamboat mountain implemented Ikon pass skiers only during Christmas/New years . Steamboat Lodging called me of the restrictions in time to cancel reservations if needed. A professionalism that's appreciated . Fortunately my 6 all had ikon passes.
