  • This well-appointed condo boasts easy-care wood-look vinyl flooring in all areas except the carpeted bedrooms and the tiled bathroom floors. When entering the unit, there is not only a convenient coat closet but a corner bench, lots of storage cubbies, and pegs for hanging all of your outdoor gear. Your group will love the full, well-equipped kitchen, ceiling fans in three rooms, and smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The refrigerator has an ice maker, a glass top stove, and an oven with an air fryer option. Dine together or play some board games at the nearby table for six. This unit offers a full-size washer and dryer. And when it's time to kick back and relax, the living room features comfortable furnishings along with a warming gas fireplace with stone molding and a carved mantle.

    Step through the sliding glass doors out to your private, covered balcony with an outdoor table & chairs. Everyone will enjoy the unobstructed view of Mount Werner and Thunderhead Peak. The second bedroom can be set up either as a twin bedroom or converted to a king-sized bed using a bed bridge and mattress strap.
