Walk out the building and click on your skis! It's that simple. No need to walk or carry your equipment. At the end of the day, ski right to the back door of the building. (This feature can vary with snow levels and may not be available at certain times) Balcony with slope views You are only a two minute walk away to access to the "The Spa at Storm Meadows" community hot tub, pool & sauna, exercise facility and outdoor tennis courts (some amenities are seasonal) Outdoor tennis courts do have pickleball lines, and you can request paddles and a ball from the spa reception desk. Not only is it situated right above Right-O-Way Trail, providing true ski-in and ski-out accommodations, the unit has been recently and fantastically remodeled. There are not many better locations in Steamboat and you just cannot beat picking up your skis from your private 1st floor ski locker, with access to trails right outside the building, and being able to ski right back to the same place. This alluring third floor unit is accessible by an elevator and offers an open floor plan with warm colors, high ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace (rare in Steamboat), great artwork and a perfect combo of wood, tile and carpet. The beautifully remodeled kitchen features gorgeous granite counter tops, beautiful stainless appliances including a built-in wine cooler, fabulous wood cabinetry, designer tile backsplash and two counter bar stools. It is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking a meal. After a day on the mountain, relax on the sofa or big chair, next to the crackling of the wood fire, and watch a game, movie or show on the flat screen TV. The open living area also includes a nice dining table with seating for 4 off of the kitchen, perfect for a family or two couples. Enjoy a beverage and/or bite with slope views and use of a private grill on the balcony, accessible off the living area. Don’t worry about the wild life you might see as you are safely on the third floor. The master bedroom has a comfy, king sized bed and plenty of storage. The remodeled full bathroom is located in the hallway and has a shower and tub combo with glass doors and magnificent tile work. There are laundry facilities in the building for your convenience. During the summer, you are right there on the biking and hiking trails, near base area where you have access to other activities and plenty of kid friendly options, free concerts and movies. You’ll love your stay at this ideal ski in and ski out location, with ski lockers on the ground floor it’s a few steps out the door to clip into your skis and your on the hill immediately. Easy to find the signed storm meadows ski path to return to the condo at the end of the day. The king bed was very comfortable and the condo supplied everything needed for an amazing ski trip. Check in was quick and seamless. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was an iTrip staff member in touch with me throughout our stay so that if I would have needed anything they were right there with prompt responses. Ski right on and off Steamboat mountain in about 5 minutes! We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was and would love to come back because of it. The unit was just as described. The only thing I would like to add is that although it is a true ski in / ski out for skiers, not for snowboarders. Be prepared to do a little of walking for the 'ski-in'. The 'ski in' may get better throughout the season and we were trying to be mindful and not ski in too fast just in case of other people may be around. The shuttle service included was great, we definitely made use of that option. I would recommend booking here and other locations from the same property management company. It would really be great if they had a place set up to do so, and if communication with the office personnel with something other than texts. When I realized there was a problem, the person I contacted only wanted to communicate through texting, which was pretty annoying when I didn’t know what to do and was relying on a personal touch. ##### amy d. This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 4\. It was true ski in-ski out (snowboarders you’ll likely need to walk a bit since the path is a little flat in a few spots) but excellent access to the base of the mountain. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed. It even had a waffle maker so we could make waffles on Christmas morning. It was beautifully decorated and the comfort of the king sized bed deserves an A+. The ski locker was very convenient, no issues with parking out in front of the condo, and iTrip’s free shuttle service was a huge perk. iTrip is a franchise and I had read some not so stellar reviews (in other areas of the country) and was a bit worried. Do not hesitate to book with them. Their communication (I mostly texted) was excellent. Responded within minutes. I would book with iTrip again in a heartbeat. ##### Samantha P.
