"Penny and her family are excellent hosts. They prioritise the guests and we felt very at home. The atmosphere is relaxed. I loved the background music at breakfast and by the pool. We were in the annex, the view was amazing, we watched sail boats go by from our veranda.The Friday night greek night was great fun well worth booking. "This is far from being a 5 star hotel. Its location is good and the room was spacious, but humidity inside the room was very high and there was a strong smell of mould. Breakfast was very poor, not even for a 4 star hotel. The toilet flush in the room was not working for 2 out of 4 days. 2 our of 4 mornings there was no enoguh hot water for 2 audults to take a shower one after the other. For 2 days we were given only 1 shower gel and were only given extra when we requested it."

"Perfect location and staff . I thought I had a problem with the air conditioning (in reality, I hadn't realized that Greece uses a smart system that prevents the AC from running if the windows are open); I called, and they answered immediately in English and resolved the issue. I used the kitchen to prepare a few meals and make a latte in the morning, which I enjoyed on the patio overlooking the pomegranate tree. There is very convenient, shaded on-site parking. Supermarkets, bakeries, and one of Sivota's best restaurants are just 200–300 meters away. The beaches are within walking distance along a mostly flat route. In short: excellent value for money, and I would stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. P.S. I believe a renovation is planned—specifically for the bathrooms, which were the only part that wasn't perfect (though still more than adequate). Traveling as a couple by motorcycle. Frazie e arrivederci"

"Amazing hotel, brilliant staff, great food options and a very peaceful atmosphere. The gym, spa and beach were all great, very clean, good-sized room with very comfortable bed. We particularly loved the Pilates classes taught by Vanessa and the hotel even surprised me with a delicious birthday cake on my birthday. We had a wonderful stay and plan to visit again!"

"It is a beautiful setting. The hotel is relatively small but the villas are nicely placed and the pool and bar areas are very nice. The sea is very pleasant with a fine rocky almost sandy beach easily accessible. Sun loungers on the beach are not available but there are enough sun loungers in the surrounding spaces with a sea view so that is OK. There were no water sports eg kayaking available although the hotel next door has a couple of paddleboards you can hire. The sea swimming area is pretty and warm, fine for most but if you like a bigger sea swim you do end up in boat lane traffic after 50 to 100 metres. Very relaxing. Great breakfast and food if a little pricey. Local village is very sweet and renting a boat there is easy. No massage or spa. No real activities to speak of. Very hilly site. But if you just want somewhere clean relaxing with a nice pool, a good view and easy access to the sea, it hits the spot."
