"The room was very hot and the hotel has no air conditioning (customers should be informed of the lack of air conditioning). Keeping the window open is impossible as the room is on a very noisy street (the hotel offers ear plugs!). The entrance code wasn’t always working and the main entrance of the hotel was very hard to open. Overall, not a great experience. "

"We stayed here 3nts and loved it.
Great location and easily walkable into the city and all major attractions.
Room was clean, tidy and well maintained. Free water in room and the offer of 10Euro giftcard to spend im the hotel for doing without housekeeping was a cool addition. Small bar/store in lonby that sells dribks and snacks, which are nice consume in the small garden of the property.
Highly recommend this hotel, we would definitely stay here again without hesitation. "
"Really loved our stay here. Location was good but the room was lovely, clean, a good size, comfy bed and nice modern decor. Amenities in the room were good, they’d thought of everything, even having a little magnet to put over the light on the microwave at night! It was also so quiet, didn’t hear anything from fellow travellers or much noise from the street despite it being busy and the height of summer so rooms must have been well sound proofed. "
"The hotel and staff are fantastic. It’s a short walk from Exit G at the main station which makes it really convenient for exploring other parts of the city or jumping the S Bahn to the lakes. "
"Enjoyed Cocoon a lot. The appartment with small terrace, the bakery downstairs, roofterrace and bar. 10 minute walk to U Bahn station.
Next time in Munich most probably Cocoon again."
