About this property

Your Penn State Destination

  • 5 bed 2 bath SPLIT LEVEL home (Duplex) available for Penn State football, hockey, graduation, arts fest etc. 5-minute drive to Beaver Stadium, Pegula Ice Arena, the BJC, and downtown State College. Tussey mountain is approximately 10 minutes away.

    Guest capacity is 12-15 people. 3 bedrooms one bath on the main floor. 2 bedrooms, one bath in the basement apartment.

    On and off street parking

    Pet friendly (dogs only. Sorry, no cats due to allergies)
    (2) Large Wire Dog crates
